» Owner, Broker, GRI®
Justin Recca is the broker/owner of Innovative Realty, LLC and is actively engaged in both the sales and property management functions of the company. When he’s not outside playing soccer, he is an avid Walking Dead fan and loves spending time with his wife Liz and their two daughters, Sydney and Sophie.
Justin attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where he graduated in 1998. Following graduation, he moved to Orlando and began working as a sheriff's deputy with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. After a few years in law enforcement, he decided to pursue other avenues and developed an interest in real estate. In mid-2003, he embarked on his real estate career as an investor purchasing single-family homes and condos in the Central Florida area for resale or for inclusion in the company's rental portfolio. By 2006, the company had purchased over eight and a half million dollars’ worth of property and he and his wife continue to invest today. Justin brings his varied background and experiences in law enforcement, sales and real estate investing to the table and looks forward to utilizing his experiences to provide quality service to the clients of Innovative Realty, LLC.
» Vice President, Realtor®
Liz Recca is the vice-president of Innovative Realty, LLC. Though she does not work primarily out of the office anymore, she still has a hand in the development of Innovative Realty and helps the business continue to grow. She is the part-time Executive Director for the Space Coast Apartment Association. In her spare time she serves as chef, chauffeur, housekeeper, and schedule coordinator to her and Justin’s two daughters, Sydney and Sophie.
Originally from Columbus, IN, Liz has been a resident of Orlando since 1993. Liz began her career in real estate in 1995 with ZOM Residential Services as an on-site resident representative. Over the years, she was promoted to property director and charged with the responsibility of managing some of ZOM'S largest and most prestigious communities. In 2001, Liz became ZOM'S operations coordinator working from the corporate office and was responsible for the due diligence and audits of ZOM owned properties as well as third party management properties. Liz left ZOM in late 2003 but still maintains close ties to ZOM and her former colleagues. Liz brings over 24 years of property management experience to Innovative Realty and is eager to apply her experience and knowledge to benefit our clients. Liz started Innovative Realty with her husband Justin in 2005.
» Director of Operations
Kati Ettinger is the Director of Operations for Innovative Realty, LLC and focuses on managing the office and staff, back-end data entry, handling accounts, finances, and payroll, ensuring financial compliance, and IT services for the company. When she’s not re-organizing the office (again), she spends time with her son and attends sci-fi conventions with her husband.
Kati was raised in Orlando, FL and graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Business Administration. She began her career in real estate when she started with Innovative Realty as the office assistant. She quickly took on more responsibility, as well as tried her hand at both leasing and sales. In 2012, she became the full-time Office Manager, and in mid-2014 she began taking over the accounting. Kati brings over twelve years of office and management experience to Innovative Realty and has a passion for keeping the office organized and technologically savvy. Kati has been with Innovative Realty since March 2011.
» Property Manager, Realtor®
Darby Uhl is the Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for resident and owner relations, inspections, lease renewals, and generally making sure your investment is performing smoothly. She works to ensure that our tenants have a smooth transition, whether moving in or out of properties. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with family and friends at farmers markets, hiking trails, or playing with her golden retriever.
Darby graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rollins College. While at Rollins, she spent her time rowing on Winter Park’s lakes and working at real estate firms throughout the greater Orlando area. Darby obtained her real estate sales license in 2017 and has a passion for helping people find their ideal living spaces. Darby has been with Innovative Realty since October 2017.
» Assistant Property Manager
Luisa Matthes is the Assistant Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, lease renewals, and generally making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Originally from Germany, Luisa loves adventures and experiencing other cultures. In her free time, Luisa enjoys being active through any outdoor activities and spending time with her loved ones.
Luisa has been in property management since 2017. With over 10 years of 5*hospitality experience in Marketing and Event Planning, Luisa is a dynamic communicator, and she's always willing to go the extra mile to ensure people are well taken care of, owners and residents. Luisa is able to handle all the details related to your investment without batting an eye. Luisa is professional at marketing your property-particularly social media. You certainly want her in your corner! Luisa has been with Innovative Realty since September 2019.
» Office Coordinator
Hannah Jordan is the office coordinator for Innovative Realty and is responsible for marketing, rental inquiries, lease renewals, client satisfaction, and helping the staff as needed. On the weekends, you can find her hiking the state parks with her family and her dog, Remi.
Hannah attended the University of North Florida and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in public relations. With her past experience working in a law firm, she understands the importance of being ethical, thorough and detail-oriented. She also had the opportunity to intern at a nonprofit organization where her love of helping people ignited into a passion. She aims to provide exceptional support to staff and our clients, and does so with a smile. Hannah has been with Innovative Realty since August 2017.
» Maintenance Coordinator
Connie Casquete is the Maintenance Coordinator for Innovative Realty and is responsible for orchestrating service requests and ensuring satisfaction with our owners, tenants, and vendors. Connie was born and raised in Miami and moved to Orlando in 2009. She has a 7 year old son, Jeremiah, and a 3 year old daughter, Chloe, that constantly keep her on her toes.
Connie has been in the property management business since 2013. She started as a green leasing consultant and transitioned into different roles within the business, and is very familiar with property management and maintenance needs for rentals. She has been nominated twice for Assistant Property Manager of the year by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando in 2017 and 2018. Connie has been with Innovative Realty since July 2019.

Kelly has been buying and selling houses with her husband, Matt, since 2009. She is originally from the Chicagoland suburbs and very much enjoyed their flipping adventures there. Prior to her career in real estate, Kelly enjoyed a 10-year teaching career as a language specialist working with students from kindergarten through the graduate level as well as a professional coaching career in figure skating for over 15 years. Her post graduate degrees in administration and curriculum design anchor the team’s systemic approach for seamless processing and smooth transactions. Her love for the Spanish language allows the team to serve both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
Her favorite thing about Central Florida is being outdoors all year long and enjoying the parks and beaches—especially when friends and family come to visit.

Matt has been buying and selling homes with his wife, Kelly, since 2009. His Gold Key Certification® signifies a commitment to excellence and professionalism among Realtors®. Matt is detail-oriented and meticulous regarding all aspects of real estate transactions to ensure that everyone is receiving extraordinary service and an experience worth passing along to their family and friends. On the property management front, Matt is passionate about protecting your investment, and he’s the guy you want in your corner. Prior to his real estate career, Matt worked with local governments, contractors and business owners as a Thermographer and Energy Analyst to implement the International Energy Conservation Code. He also directed a non-profit organization for students called Young Life.
Alongside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, volunteering, exercising, learning and teaching about a wide variety of subjects, playing the guitar, and exploring all the small-town-feels of the big-city-life that Central Florida has to offer.

Executive assistant to Team Kelly Moves - Matt & Kelly Kelly, Caitlin has an excellent detail orientation that will help in you having a smooth and uneventful real estate transaction. She is responsible for administrative care of each transaction and loves providing excellent customer service that contributes to your 5-star concierge experience. We like to call her our administrative ninja!
In her free time she loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her daughter, Erin.
